Affiliate Program Terms

The RushPlay Affiliate Program ("Program") is a revenue-share partnership between RushPlay and registered platform users ("Affiliates"). Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. Affiliates promote RushPlay and earn commission based on the Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) generated by referred players, subject to these Affiliate Program Terms.

To participate, you must: • Hold an active RushPlay account in good standing • Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) • Maintain only one affiliate profile per person • Comply with RushPlay's general Terms of Service and applicable laws • Not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling promotion is prohibited

Affiliate enrollment is automatic upon first access to the affiliate dashboard. A unique referral code is generated for each eligible user. RushPlay reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Each player may be attributed to only one affiliate — the valid code used at registration • Attribution is permanent and cannot be reassigned • RushPlay uses visitor tracking to link clicks to subsequent registrations • Invalid or inactive affiliate codes at signup will not block registration but will not create attribution

Commission is calculated as: GGR = Total Bet − Total Win (per closed real-money game session) Commission = GGR × Effective Commission Rate Default commission rate: 35% Effective rate may vary per affiliate based on admin overrides. Commission applies only to: • Referred players with valid attribution • Real-money game sessions (not demo or RTOKEN play) • Sessions with qualifying betting activity Commission is posted to your affiliate ledger when game sessions are finalized.

Your available commission balance may decrease during a calendar month if referred players generate negative GGR (wins exceed bets). At the end of each calendar month, any negative available commission balance is reset to zero. RushPlay does not carry forward negative balances and will never pay commission on a negative balance. A monthly reset transaction is recorded in your commission ledger for transparency.

• Minimum payout threshold: $200 available commission (USD equivalent) • Payout amount: Full available commission at the time of admin transfer • Payout currency: SATS credited to your RushPlay wallet after approval • Dashboard display: Commission tracked and shown in USD ($) for reference • Processing: Manual admin review and approval required • Frequency: One pending payout request allowed at a time • Balance is not locked at request time; the transfer amount is determined at approval Rejected payout requests do not affect your available commission balance.

Affiliates must not: • Refer themselves or create multiple accounts to earn commission • Use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading advertising • Bid on RushPlay brand keywords in paid search without written approval • Make false or exaggerated income claims • Target minors or restricted jurisdictions • Use incentivized signups without proper disclosure • Engage in click fraud, bot traffic, or any fraudulent activity

• All promotional materials must be accurate and not misleading • Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship where required by law • RushPlay logos and branding may only be used in accordance with brand guidelines • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their marketing complies with local regulations • RushPlay may request removal or modification of non-compliant materials

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to commission income in their jurisdiction. RushPlay does not provide tax advice.

RushPlay may modify commission rates, payout thresholds, program rules, or terminate the Program at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. RushPlay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Program participation. Maximum liability is limited to unpaid commission earned and verified prior to any dispute.

Upon suspension or termination: • No new commission will accrue from referred player activity • Pending payout requests will be reviewed per admin discretion • RushPlay may withhold commission related to fraudulent activity • Attribution of existing referred players remains on record but inactive affiliates do not earn

These Affiliate Program Terms are governed by the same legal framework as RushPlay's general Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the general Terms of Service prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise for affiliate-specific matters. By participating in the Program, you also agree to RushPlay's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and AML Policy.
