Supported Cryptocurrencies: RushPlay supports deposits and withdrawals through various cryptocurrency wallets including but not limited to: • Bitcoin (BTC) • Ethereum (ETH) • Tether (USDT) • USD Coin (USDC) • Litecoin (LTC) • And other supported cryptocurrencies as displayed on our platform Deposits: • Deposits can be made using any compatible cryptocurrency wallet • There are NO fees charged by RushPlay for deposits • Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the deposit page • Deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation • You must only deposit funds from wallets you own Withdrawals: • Withdrawals are processed INSTANTLY to your cryptocurrency wallet • There are NO fees charged by RushPlay for withdrawals • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply • You must withdraw to a wallet you own • We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing large withdrawals Important: • RushPlay is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses • Network fees (gas fees) charged by the blockchain are the user's responsibility • We do not support deposits from exchange wallets that don't allow direct receives

General Bonus Terms: • All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn • RushPlay reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time • Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise specified Bonus Abuse: The following activities are considered bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: • Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses • Colluding with other players to exploit bonuses • Using betting patterns designed to minimize risk while clearing wagering requirements • Any other activity deemed by RushPlay to be bonus abuse Violation of bonus terms may result in: • Forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings • Account suspension or termination • Confiscation of deposited funds in severe cases

Disclaimer: RushPlay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, RushPlay shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use • Damages arising from service interruptions or technical failures • Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account • Any losses incurred while gambling on the Platform Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim. User-Initiated Termination: • You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support • Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance • Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed RushPlay-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for: • Violation of these Terms and Conditions • Suspicious or fraudulent activity • Failure to comply with verification requests • Extended period of inactivity • Any reason at our sole discretion Upon Termination: • Access to your account will be immediately revoked • Pending bets may be settled or voided at our discretion • Remaining balance will be returned unless forfeited due to Terms violation • We may retain your data as required by law
